How do i place an order?

Ordering with Nuévo is simple.

  1. Browse our fragrance collection and select your desired scent.
  2. Choose your preferred bottle size.
  3. Add your item to cart and proceed to checkout.
  4. Enter your shipping details and complete payment securely online.
  5. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Please allow your fragrance time to mature after delivery for the best performance and overall scent experience.


What are your operating hours?

Our Leichhardt studio operates by appointment during the following staffed hours, alternatively order online.

🕙 Monday–Saturday: 10am–2pm


Do I need to book before visiting?

Yes — visits to our Leichhardt location are appointment-based (15 min) to ensure we can provide the best experience possible.


Are your fragrances made for men or women?

We offer fragrances for men, women, and unisex preferences. At the end of the day, fragrance is personal — wear whatever suits your style and taste.


When can I start using my fragrance?

For the best performance, we recommend allowing your fragrance to rest in a cool, dark place for at least 10-14 days after purchase. This helps the blend properly settle and mature.


How long does the fragrance take to fully mature?

Your fragrance will continue developing over time and typically reaches its best performance after around 3-4 months when stored correctly.


Are your fragrances natural?

Modern perfumery uses a combination of aroma molecules, essential oils, and natural extracts. This applies across designer, niche, and inspired fragrances alike.


Do you offer personalised fragrances?

No — not at the moment.


Can you create a fragrance entirely from scratch?

At this stage, we don’t offer full from-scratch fragrance development. Creating an original perfume can take many months of formulation, testing, and refinement.

However, we can customise and build upon existing fragrance compositions from our current range.


Can you recreate my personal scent?

Not currently — but it’s something we may explore in the future.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an item is confirmed to be faulty.

As fragrance preferences can vary greatly from person to person, we’re unable to offer returns for:

  • change of mind
  • scent preference
  • expectations regarding performance or smell

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your:

  • order number
  • photos of the product
